    Prof. Ye Qizheng, PhD. was born in Wuhan, China in 1965. He received the B.S. degree in physics in 1986, the M.S. degree in optical instruments in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2001. His main research interests include electrical insulation and gas discharge, discharge plasma and its application, electromagnetic phenomena in complex fluids.
